Full job description
Join Equativ's Data Science team in Paris for a 6-month internship starting in September. Work on designing and deploying deep-learning algorithms using Google Cloud Platform technologies including Google Dataflow, Vertex AI, and TensorFlow. Handle machine learning problems such as classification, regression, time series, recommendation systems, and generative AI with large-scale data. Responsibilities include improving algorithms, building prediction models, identifying performance issues, and collaborating on optimization and modeling systems. Candidates should be final-year or gap year Master's students in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields, proficient in Python, with strong analytical skills and professional English fluency.
What you'll do
- Improving existing algorithms and building new prediction models for large-scale, high-volume data scenarios
- Identifying key performance issues and proposing innovative, data-driven solutions
- Collaborating with team members to enhance optimization and modeling systems
Requirements
- Looking for a 6 months internship starting in September
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (final-year or gap year)
- Solid foundation in machine learning and mathematics
- Proficient in Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
