The role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to define success metrics, design experiments, analyze large-scale ad-tech data, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Candidates should have 3+ years of data science or analytics experience, strong proficiency in Python and SQL, a solid foundation in statistics and experimental design, and excellent communication skills. Preferred experience includes ad-tech, marketplace or e-commerce environments, evaluation of ML/AI systems, and causal inference methods.
