Adform Research Team seeks a Data Scientist to build and experiment with scalable machine learning and statistical models to optimize advertising campaigns, audience targeting, bidding, and fraud detection. The role involves working with large datasets, collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, Big Data, and Product teams to deploy and maintain solutions at scale. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in Data Science or related fields, strong math and statistical skills, proficiency in Python and SQL, knowledge of data pipelines and ETL, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, experience with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop, and knowledge of the AdTech industry. The position is full-time and on-site in Vilnius, Lithuania. Salary ranges from 3300 to 4900 EUR gross per month depending on experience.
