Full job description

Mid-level Data Scientist role at Samba in Warsaw. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of data science projects with minimal guidance. Requires expertise in measurement or audience modelling and ability to build production-ready ML/AI solutions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams and mentor junior data scientists. Responsibilities include project ownership, methodology decisions, solution design, coding in Python and PySpark on Databricks, developing reusable tools, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements include Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 3-5 years data science experience, advanced Python, SQL, PySpark skills, experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), core ML techniques, MLOps practices, modern AI methodologies, strong communication, and mentoring skills. Preferred skills include knowledge graph construction, probabilistic record linkage, causal inference, media/ad tech background, and familiarity with measurement vendors.
