Full job description

Xapads Media is an Ad-Tech company headquartered in India. The role requires working with large datasets related to user behavior, analyzing data to derive insights, developing KPIs, and using modeling and analytics to understand campaign life-cycle impacts including risk assessment and fraud policy determination. The candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and statistical packages like R, and be a fresher or have 0-2 years experience. Educational qualification required is graduation or post-graduation with minimum 90% marks in Maths in 10th and 12th grade.

What you'll do

  • Work with large amounts of data related to user behavior via Internal Product feed and analyze it to find conclusions
  • Collect, analyze, and develop KPIs to identify key insights such as trends, potential risks, opportunities
  • Use modelling and analytics to understand how data impact campaign life-cycle, including assessing risks, determining fraud policies, or identifying inefficiencies
  • Revenue Goal/Growth Attainment
  • Provide support to other teams with assessment and conclusions
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, R etc.)

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred on Microsoft Excel)
  • Fresher candidate with excellent communication & polished presentation skills
  • Graduation/Post graduation
  • Minimum 90% and above Maths marks in 10th and 12th grade
