Full job description
Data Analyst role focused on turning complex data into actionable insights to support product and business strategy. Responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, designing and interpreting experiments (A/B testing, causal inference), building and optimizing dashboards, partnering cross-functionally, and improving data quality and analytics infrastructure. Requires 2-5+ years experience in data analytics or related fields, strong SQL skills, familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), experience with BI tools like Tableau, solid statistics and experimental design knowledge, and ability to communicate insights effectively. Nice to have experience in marketing, advertising, ad tech, or Python scripting. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 plus bonus and equity. Location: New York, on-site.

Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent experience
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
Familiarity with data warehouse architectures (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau (or similar)
Solid understanding of statistics and experimental design (e.g., A/B testing, causal inference)
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience supporting product, engineering, or revenue teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience building dashboards and scalable reporting solutions
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Nice to have: experience in marketing, advertising, ad tech, or media analytics, and/or familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
