Full job description
AppsFlyer seeks a Customer Success Manager in Bangkok to manage post-sales relationships for Enterprise customers in Thailand and SEA. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, conducting usage reviews, running Executive Business Reviews, analyzing customer data, capturing feedback, supporting renewals, and collaborating with internal teams. Requires 3-6 years in Customer Success or related SaaS roles, strong relationship skills, communication across technical and business audiences, analytical thinking, proactive ownership, fluency in English, and proficiency in Vietnamese or Chinese. Experience with mobile marketing, SDKs, APIs, and AI tools is a plus.
What you'll do
- Manage the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of customers across Thailand and the SEA regions
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions to set customers up for long-term success
