Full job description
OpenAI is hiring a mid-level Account Manager for their advertising platform. This full-time remote role requires residency in the Los Angeles area. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of advertising partners, guiding onboarding, campaign launches, and growth. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, providing recommendations, expanding partnerships, collaborating cross-functionally, surfacing advertiser feedback, and building scalable processes. Candidates should have 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising or related client-facing roles, experience managing advertiser or agency relationships, data querying skills (SQL, Excel, Google Sheets), strong communication skills, and a commitment to user trust and platform integrity.
What you'll do
