Full job description
Customer Success Manager role at Smartly.io focused on managing a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy in social advertising. Responsibilities include acting as main customer contact, becoming a platform specialist, building relationships with customers and partners, providing customer insights to sales and product teams, and collaborating across departments. Requires 5+ years in customer success or similar roles, advanced knowledge of social advertising platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok), strong communication skills, empathy, results-driven mindset, and willingness to travel.
What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure they get the most value out of their social advertising
- Become a specialist in the Smartly.io platform and digital advertising to solve problems and provide best practices and consultative advice
