AppsFlyer seeks an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to support strategic clients in Europe. The role involves managing customer relationships from onboarding to renewals, ensuring success across business, product, and technical needs. Responsibilities include sharing product updates, delivering training, collaborating with Product and R&D teams, leading Executive Business Reviews, supporting upsell efforts, and acting as a proactive client partner. Requirements include fluency in English, experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS or AdTech, strong understanding of web marketing and digital advertising, technical skills with APIs and campaign metrics, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to travel. Bonus points for fluency in French or other languages, mobile marketing or app analytics background, familiarity with SDK integrations and deep linking, product collaboration experience, or referral by an AppsFlyer team member.
