Full job description
Customer Success Manager role at AppsFlyer. Responsibilities include becoming an expert on AppsFlyer’s product, proactively resolving customer challenges, troubleshooting issues, building strong customer relationships, providing product training, gathering customer feedback, and hosting business reviews. Requirements include 3+ years client-facing experience in customer success or product management in AdTech, mobile analytics, or SaaS martech, strong account management skills, data analysis ability, excellent communication, curiosity, passion for gaming, and industry expertise. Bonus points for technical knowledge of SDKs, APIs, SQL, Mobile App Analytics, and Deep Linking. Location: Beijing, China.
