Full job description

Smartly.io seeks a Customer Onboarding Manager to assist newly-signed customers with onboarding to the Smartly platform. The role involves working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored onboarding plans and solutions. Responsibilities include being a subject matter expert on Smartly.io products, training clients on platform features, setting up reporting views, demonstrating automation via feeds, tailoring onboarding journeys, managing the onboarding process, collaborating with teams to ensure sales promises are met, and creating presentations using Google Slides. Requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3-5 years digital experience with paid social (Meta) and programmatic media buying, strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, proficiency with Google Sheets and Slides, excellent communication, organizational and project management skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

What you'll do

  • Be a subject matter expert on Smartly.io's products and services, understanding the platform's capabilities and effectively communicating and implementing solutions for potential and new customer needs
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions within the Smartly platform, enabling Tier 1-3 key customers to achieve their business objectives
  • Take ownership of the technical execution of the onboarding plan, ensuring customer accounts are set up for a successful and ongoing partnership
  • Train clients on all key aspects of Smartly’s platform
  • Showcase how to set up reporting views to provide customers with clear visibility into campaign performance and key metrics
  • Demonstrate use of feeds to create automations and streamline customer workflows
  • Tailor the onboarding journey to each customer, understanding their specific challenges and finding solutions within the Smartly tool
  • Organize and manage the onboarding process, relieving stressors from Customer Success Managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to qualify each case and ensure all sales promises can be successfully delivered
  • Create visually appealing and effective decks using Google Slides to communicate onboarding plans, campaign strategies, and performance insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 - 5 years digital experience ideally with exposure to both paid social (Meta) and programmatic media buying
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools
  • Experience working with Google Sheets, utilizing its features and functions effectively
  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations using Google Slides
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex situations
  • Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
