The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years in cloud native architecture in customer-facing or support roles. Experience needed in cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, containerization, and migrating applications to cloud platforms. Knowledge of security concepts including encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing is required. The candidate will partner with technical sales teams to promote Google Cloud, develop cloud solutions, engage in proofs-of-concept, troubleshoot technical issues, and present solutions to customers. Responsibilities include infrastructure and application modernization, data analytics, and building new customer relationships in greenfield territories. Compensation includes a salary range of $152,000 to $221,000 USD, a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
