Teads is hiring a senior sales professional based in London to drive new business acquisition and scale Connected TV (CTV) ad revenue across enterprise brand and agency partners. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role requires deep expertise in digital ad sales, programmatic media, and CTV/OTT platforms. Responsibilities include prospecting and closing strategic deals, managing pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, navigating the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs), translating CTV metrics into commercial solutions, and cultivating senior relationships with agencies and brands. The candidate must have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
