Full job description

Lead the engineering team to develop scalable digital platforms in the CRM & Loyalty domain. Responsible for content expertise, driving cross-field collaboration, and guiding teams from junior to senior levels. Manage customer relationships and act as subject matter expert for client pitches. Oversee architecture, development, and integration of CRM & Loyalty platforms to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business strategies and technical standards.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the engineering team in developing scalable digital platforms in the CRM & Loyalty domain
  • Bear responsibility for content within their field of expertise
  • Drive interfaces to other fields ensuring seamless collaboration and integration
  • Lead and guide teams from junior to senior levels
  • Provide outstanding customer service and manage relationships with diverse customers
  • Embody the Merkle vision and serve as a company ambassador
  • Contribute to the vision and strategy of the team
  • Act as subject matter expert for pitches and client work
  • Oversee architecture, development, and integration of CRM & Loyalty platform
  • Guide engineering team to deliver innovative solutions enhancing customer engagement and aligning with business strategies and technical standards

Requirements

  • Recognized expertise in at least one relevant technology or topic
  • Experience leading and guiding teams from junior to senior levels
  • Ability to oversee architecture, development, and integration of CRM & Loyalty platforms
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to act as subject matter expert for pitches and client work
