AppLovin is seeking a Growth Marketing Creative Producer to lead execution and delivery of marketing creatives. The role involves partnering with Brand and Video Production teams to lead creative strategy and production, managing the pipeline from brainstorming to final delivery for ads across brand and performance marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include producing static and video creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, CTV, and OOH; ideating and pitching creative concepts; ensuring brand consistency; building media packs and managing vendors; maintaining high ad quality; sourcing or developing materials using design tools, AI, or vendors; and managing multiple timelines to keep the creative pipeline moving. Candidates should have a strong creative background, operational expertise, understanding of full campaign lifecycle, ability to manage large-scale marketing initiatives, and passion for storytelling and marketing.
