Full job description

Criteo is hiring a Retail Media Sales Manager for CPG in France on a fixed-term full-time hybrid contract. The role involves winning new business, growing existing clients, managing multi-product sales cycles, and achieving quarterly revenue targets. Responsibilities include pipeline management via Salesforce, client relationship development, industry trend analysis, and representing Criteo at events. Candidates should have 5+ years in Retail Media or digital advertising, experience with CPG brands and media agencies, full sales cycle management, and strong solution selling skills. What you'll do

  • Drive revenue growth on a client portfolio working closely with the Account Strategist team
  • Prospect and close new business deals
  • Understand customer challenges and position the offer using solution selling techniques
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage pipeline, reporting, and ownership opportunities through Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with brands and agencies
  • Identify and understand trends within the Retail industry
  • Champion new products and solutions
  • Support the Retail Partnerships team in showcasing commercial efforts to Retailer partners
  • Represent Criteo Retail Media at industry events and award ceremonies
  • Pitch and sell multi-retailers’ campaigns and onboard new retailers from a sales strategy perspective

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Media and/or Digital advertising
  • Proven track record working with CPG brands and media agencies
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex, multi-product deals
  • Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong solution selling and commercial strategy skills
  • Client and partner leadership
  • Pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders at brands and agencies
  • Good understanding of the retail media landscape and eCommerce advertising ecosystem
  • Ability to onboard new business and develop go-to-market sales strategies
  • Highly autonomous and able to ramp up quickly given the fixed-term nature of the role
  • Proactive, results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluent in French and English
