Vistar Media, a global ad tech company specializing in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising, is seeking a Country Manager to launch and lead its market expansion in Thailand. The role requires a sales leader with expert knowledge of programmatic advertising to grow the business, plan go-to-market strategies, and build a high-performing team. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, driving revenue with agencies, brands, and media owners, collaborating with product teams, managing sales metrics, and representing the company at industry events. Candidates should have at least 8 years of sales leadership experience in DSP or ad tech, strong networks in Thailand, knowledge of OOH media, contract negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent English communication skills are required.
