Vistar Media, a global ad tech company and the largest digital out-of-home advertising marketplace, is seeking a senior Country Manager to launch and lead the Thailand market. The role requires developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue, building client relationships, collaborating with product teams, managing sales metrics, and eventually building a high-performing team. Candidates must have at least 8 years of sales leadership experience in DSP or advertising technology, deep knowledge of programmatic and digital advertising, experience launching businesses in Thailand, strong industry networks, and excellent English communication skills.
