Full job description
The Community Partner Manager (CPM) role involves managing thousands of creators across Brazil by onboarding, educating, engaging, and supporting them. Responsibilities include scalable community communications, establishing operational models with multiple communication platforms, and hosting quarterly product bootcamps to drive adoption and create product ambassadors. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1 year experience working with executives and partners, managing agreements, and bilingual communication in Portuguese and English. Preferred experience includes partner identification, complex agreement negotiation, video content ecosystem knowledge, managing B2B incentives or loyalty programs, and content programming.
