Full job description
Join the Commissions team as a Commission Analyst responsible for commission calculations, payouts, data accuracy, and policy compliance. Collaborate with analysts to sync data, generate reports, process account and contract changes, implement compensation adjustments, QA calculations, and prepare data for cycle closes. Requires 3+ years experience in commission processing, finance or revenue operations, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, service orientation, organizational skills, and communication abilities. Bonus: knowledge of SaaS models, Jira, Salesforce, Python, and AI tools.
