Commercial Partnerships Manager (Bangkok Based)

What you'll do

• Drive partner-led revenue by identifying, developing, and closing high-value commercial partnerships across Korea and Japan mobile ecosystem
• Own partner-driven pipeline including new partner acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives
• Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to unlock new revenue streams
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements and partnership contracts
• Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and market opportunities within Korea and Japan
• Build and grow relationships with strategic partners including DSPs, media networks, agencies, OEMs, and technology platforms active in Korea and Japan
• Identify emerging trends, distribution channels, and niche partnership opportunities specific to Korea and Japan markets
• Represent AppsFlyer at industry events, conferences, and partner summits across the region
• Drive co-marketing initiatives, cross-promotions, and strategic alliances
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to align partnership strategies with broader business priorities
• Lead partner integration discussions and support product adoption across Korea and Japan ecosystem
• Provide ongoing partner enablement, training, and performance reviews
• Maintain clear and consistent reporting on pipeline, partner health, and growth metrics
• Translate Korea and Japan market dynamics, partner feedback, and competitive intelligence into actionable internal recommendations
• Leverage AI-powered analytics and data-driven insights to prioritize partnership efforts, spot emerging opportunities, and optimize commercial outcomes
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain strong commercial discipline

Requirements

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial sales within mobile AdTech, SaaS, or digital advertising
• Proven revenue growth through partnerships and complex deal execution
• Deep knowledge of the Japan & Korea mobile ecosystem - platforms, Ad tech players, and local business culture
• Korean and Japanese fluency (written and spoken) and strong English proficiency
• Solid grasp of Korea and Japan markets - App Ecosystem, SDK data practices
• Daily AI user embedding AI into research, prioritization, and decision-making
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and able to present complex ideas simply
• Preferred: Direct experience managing MMP, DSP, Ad Network, or agency partnerships in Korea and Japan
• Preferred: Experience with SaaS product partnerships or mobile analytics platforms
• Preferred: Strong existing network within Korea and Japan mobile advertising or marketing technology ecosystem
• Preferred: Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
