Requirements
5+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial sales within mobile AdTech, SaaS, or digital advertising
Proven revenue growth through partnerships and complex deal execution
Deep knowledge of the Japan & Korea mobile ecosystem - platforms, Ad tech players, and local business culture
Korean and Japanese fluency (written and spoken) and strong English proficiency
Solid grasp of Korea and Japan markets - App Ecosystem, SDK data practices
Daily AI user embedding AI into research, prioritization, and decision-making
Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and able to present complex ideas simply
Preferred: Direct experience managing MMP, DSP, Ad Network, or agency partnerships in Korea and Japan
Preferred: Experience with SaaS product partnerships or mobile analytics platforms
Preferred: Strong existing network within Korea and Japan mobile advertising or marketing technology ecosystem
