Full job description
Xapads is hiring enthusiastic MBA graduates for a junior Client Servicing role. The candidate will manage client communication, coordinate campaign execution, assist in campaign planning and reporting, prepare client presentations, resolve queries, maintain documentation, and stay updated on marketing trends. Requirements include excellent communication, presentation skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, ability to multitask, eagerness to learn, and an MBA in Marketing/Advertisement with hands-on client servicing experience.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day client communication and relationship management
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely campaign execution
- Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Resolve client queries and ensure a positive client experience
- Maintain campaign records and project documentation
- Stay updated on digital marketing and advertising trends
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

- MBA in Marketing / Advertisement
