FreeWheel, a Comcast company, seeks a Client Solutions Engineer based in London. The role involves acting as a technical expert in product activation and client implementations, supporting client usage to improve offerings. Responsibilities include developing and documenting business and technical solutions, executing feature enablement and onboarding, assisting in complex implementations, providing technical support, liaising between clients and internal teams, advising marketing and product teams, supporting pre-sales efforts, and providing training. Requirements include a BA/BS degree preferred, experience with video technologies or online advertising, strong communication skills, hands-on technical and non-technical abilities, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, ActionScript 3, Objective C, XML, working knowledge of database structures and SQL, creative problem solving, and programmatic ad serving experience is a plus.
