Xapads is seeking enthusiastic MBA graduates for a junior Client Servicing role in Noida, India. The role involves managing client communication, coordinating campaign execution, assisting in campaign planning and reporting, preparing client presentations, resolving client queries, maintaining documentation, and staying updated on digital marketing trends. Candidates should have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, good analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace, and the ability to multitask and work collaboratively. Freshers with an MBA in Marketing or Advertisement and some client servicing experience are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day client communication and relationship management
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely campaign execution
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting digital marketing campaigns
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and performance updates
  • Resolve client queries and ensure a positive client experience
  • Maintain campaign records and project documentation
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and advertising trends
