The Client Solutions Partner (CSP) manages post-sale client activity for PubMatic’s Advertiser Solutions portfolio, including deal activation, campaign delivery, optimisation, and revenue growth. The role requires hands-on DSP trading expertise (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP), strategic data-driven recommendations, and collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, providing performance insights, client relationship management, DSP trading and optimisation, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining operational accuracy. Requirements include 3+ years in programmatic trading or client services, strong DSP platform experience, analytical skills, advanced Excel, and fluency in English. What you'll do
- Manage all post-sale activity from deal approval to activation, optimisation, and renewal
- Execute deal setup, campaign launches, pacing checks, troubleshooting, and optimisation workflows
- Provide proactive, strategic recommendations to exceed client KPIs and unlock incremental revenue
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting, QBR materials, inventory analysis, and performance insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with day-to-day agency contacts and traders
- Participate in pre-sales calls, agency meetings, and industry events as needed
- Act as a trusted partner, ensuring timely communication and high-quality service delivery
- Hands-on trading and optimisation across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or similar platforms
- Guide buyers on DSP setup, best practices, bidding strategies, and audience optimisation
- Support internal DSP testing, activations, and campaign tracking
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify spend blockers and improve delivery outcomes
- Partner closely with Sales, Strategy, Addressability, Activate Trading, and Deal Desk teams
- Support SPO initiatives, proposal development, and performance tracking
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Product and Tech teams to resolve challenges
- Contribute to regional knowledge sharing and internal alignment
- Maintain accurate client seat mapping, buyer account updates, and internal documentation
- Drive process improvements and contribute to best-practice documentation
- Ensure operational accuracy and efficiency across all managed accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Programmatic Trading, Client Services, Account Management, or similar roles within AdTech
- Strong hands-on experience with major DSP platforms (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, or similar)
- Solid understanding of programmatic buying/selling mechanics, pricing models, optimisation strategies, and audience approaches
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear performance recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence analysing and presenting campaign data
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI is a plus
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Additional European language skills are a plus
