Full job description

Client Services Lead – Enterprise Partnerships role managing strategic and operational relationships with key platform clients. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless execution of data and measurement solutions, supporting ongoing campaigns, reviewing performance, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, leading partner enablement workshops, identifying upsell opportunities, building case studies, supporting go-to-market initiatives, evaluating feasibility for RFPs, and troubleshooting technical challenges. Requires 5+ years in digital advertising focused on audiences, measurement, and insights, strong knowledge of DSPs and ad platforms, proven partnership management, experience developing scalable workflows, strong analytical and project management skills, pre-sale feasibility and troubleshooting experience, consultative upselling approach, and proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Looker or Tableau. Position based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.

What you'll do

  • Act as primary point of contact for platform partners to ensure seamless experience with data and measurement offerings
  • Provide dedicated support for ongoing campaigns to maximize client value
  • Review campaign and audience performance regularly and provide proactive insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations and resolve technical issues
  • Lead education sessions and enablement workshops for audience and measurement solutions within partner teams
  • Collaborate with Client Services team to standardize processes and scale best practices
  • Identify upsell opportunities for additional audience segments, measurement solutions, and integrations
  • Build case studies and success stories to reinforce value proposition
  • Support outbound go-to-market initiatives with sellers to expand adoption within enterprise partners
  • Evaluate data availability, audience feasibility, and measurement suitability for incoming RFPs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions aligned with client needs
  • Troubleshoot potential data activation or measurement challenges before launch

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on audiences, measurement and insights
  • Deep knowledge of DSPs and ad platforms, audience targeting and measurement offerings
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling key partnerships
  • Experience developing scalable playbooks, sales collateral, and operational workflows for non-technical teams
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign and audience performance
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experience with pre-sale feasibility checks, partner enablement and technical troubleshooting
  • Consultative approach to upselling data activation and measurement solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
