Full job description
StackAdapt is hiring a mid-level Client Partner to manage and grow a portfolio of eCommerce clients by driving programmatic and martech revenue. The role requires deep knowledge of digital media buying, DSPs, and data-driven marketing strategies, with strong analytical, communication, and CRM (Salesforce) skills. Responsibilities include client growth, consultative partnerships, strategy translation, cross-functional collaboration, upselling, account planning, and representing customer feedback internally. The position is full-time and remote, offering competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
What you'll do
- Own growth of client portfolio by building pipeline of opportunities and renewals
- Build consultative partnerships with senior marketers aligning StackAdapt solutions to business objectives
- Translate marketing challenges into platform strategies across programmatic, audience targeting, and measurement
- Partner cross-functionally with new business AEs, Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Create narratives showcasing data-driven insights to shape customer strategies
- Lead account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Act as subject matter expert on eCommerce marketing and emerging ad tech trends
- Represent voice of customer internally to inform product, process, and sales enhancements
- Travel occasionally for key client meetings and industry events
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals in media, programmatic, or martech environment
- Deep understanding of digital media buying, DSPs, and data-driven marketing strategies
- eCommerce experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence senior clients in person and on video
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Disciplined pipeline management
- Curiosity, bias toward action, ownership, and passion for building long-term client partnerships
