Full job description

Unity is seeking a Client Partner for Ads in EMEA to manage and grow partnerships with major mobile gaming companies. The role involves owning revenue growth, acting as a trusted advisor, leading data-driven strategies, aligning advertiser and monetisation objectives, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive client and company growth. Candidates should have 2+ years experience in mobile gaming or AdTech, expertise in user acquisition, monetisation, mediation, and LTV decisioning, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a bachelor's degree. The position is based in London, UK, full-time, with no relocation or visa sponsorship. What you'll do

  • Own and scale a portfolio of top-tier mobile gaming partners with full accountability for revenue growth and strategic impact
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, building deep, long-term relationships
  • Lead data-driven strategy and storytelling, translating complex performance data into insights and recommendations
  • Align advertiser objectives with monetisation strategy to maximise performance and long-term value
  • Drive cross-functional execution collaborating with Product, Data and Performance Management teams
  • Shape internal priorities and bring client needs into Unity’s roadmap

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience across mobile gaming or AdTech
  • Hands-on mastery of User Acquisition growth strategies, monetisation optimisation, mediation, and LTV-driven decisioning
  • Ability to connect supply-side value to advertiser outcomes
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor delivering measurable, transformational impact for clients
  • Advanced analytical capability including interpreting complex data sets and translating insights into narratives
  • Experience leading high-stakes conversations, negotiating commercial frameworks, and sustaining long-term partnerships
  • Strong cross-functional operating capability working with Product, Data, Finance, Operations, and Performance Management teams
  • Fluent in English with strong presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
