Full job description
The Client Partner for Curation manages and grows relationships with key partners using the OpenXSelect curation platform. This senior individual contributor role focuses on deepening partnerships, accelerating revenue growth, and building scalable workflows. Responsibilities include developing joint business plans, collaborating with internal teams, informing go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing operational workflows. The role requires 7+ years in channel sales with large strategic accounts, 5+ years in programmatic advertising, strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, business acumen, communication, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Salary range is USD 140,250 to 165,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Location is New York, NY.
What you'll do
- Own and grow relationships with OpenXSelect curation partners globally
- Serve as primary point of contact to deepen engagement and drive long-term value
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams
- Inform and shape go-to-market strategies through partner insights
- Drive revenue growth through partnerships and monetization opportunities
- Establish and manage scalable workflows for operational efficiency
- Guide internal stakeholders to support partnership deliverables and revenue targets
- Stay ahead of programmatic industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, with significant time managing large strategic accounts
- At least 5 years experience in programmatic advertising
- Experience with curation strongly preferred
- Proven track record of building and maintaining senior-level relationships within programmatic companies
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Ability to coach and collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams
- Ability to think long-term and develop sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Experience identifying and engaging key stakeholders across complex organizational structures
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and digital media ecosystem
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience negotiating complex deals and commercial agreements
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions under pressure
