Full job description
Client Onboarding Manager role based in Austin, TX. Full-time position reporting to Senior Client Growth Director, Americas. Responsible for managing client onboarding from signed insertion order to first campaign live, including technical and operational setup. Requires 1-3+ years experience in campaign operations, onboarding, or client services ideally in ad tech or programmatic environment. Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, Singular) and strong organizational and communication skills required. Daily tools include Salesforce, Smadex Hub, Google Suite, and Slack. Role involves client-facing communication and coordination across global time zones. What you'll do
- Own end-to-end onboarding from signed IO to first campaign live with targets for days-to-launch and first-time-right setup
- Run client-facing intake, collect and validate tracking links, creative assets, IO details, and MMP configuration
