Full job description

Execute multi-channel campaign activations including SFMC, Approved Email, LINE, and Kakao. Coordinate uploads and ensure campaign setups match plans and target audiences. Manage contact and messaging recipient lists with stakeholders, apply segmentation and opt-in/exclusion logic. Set up and deploy surveys within CRM systems. Conduct pre-launch testing for emails, links, tracking, and surveys. Confirm launch readiness and escalate issues. Support compliance requirements. Extract and report post-campaign and survey performance data. Maintain documentation of activation steps and timelines. Serve as primary contact for campaign activation and survey execution. Collaborate with CX planning, Brand teams, agencies, and platform partners. Requirements include experience in campaign operations or digital marketing, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with CRM and messaging platforms, language skills in Traditional Chinese, English, and Mandarin, and strong coordination and communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Execute campaign activations across multiple channels including SFMC, Approved Email, and messaging channels like LINE and Kakao
  • Coordinate upload requests or perform uploads according to approved instructions and timelines
  • Ensure campaign set-ups align with agreed plans, materials, and target audiences
  • Extract, validate, and confirm contact, email, and messaging recipient lists with business stakeholders
  • Apply correct segmentation, opt-in, and exclusion logic across channels
  • Set up and configure surveys within CRM systems and coordinate survey deployment
  • Coordinate pre-flight testing including email rendering, links, tracking, message delivery, and survey functionality
  • Confirm launch readiness and escalate risks or issues timely
  • Support adherence to internal operational and compliance requirements
  • Extract post-campaign and survey performance data and prepare standard reports
  • Maintain clear documentation of activation steps, timelines, and status
  • Act as primary point of contact for campaign activation and survey execution activities
  • Work closely with CX planning teams, Brand teams, agencies, and platform partners
  • Support smooth handover from planning to execution

Requirements

  • Experience in campaign operations, CRM, digital marketing execution, or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic understanding of Copilot and productivity tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, messaging platforms, and survey set-up within CRM (e.g. SFMC, Approved Email, LINE, Kakao, CRM-based survey tools)
  • Reading and writing proficiency in Traditional Chinese and English
  • Spoken proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Cantonese is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and instructions
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently
