Full job description

Teads is hiring a Campaign Management Executive in Seoul. This junior full-time role involves managing digital advertising campaigns from setup to reporting. Responsibilities include onboarding clients to Teads Ad Manager, guiding campaign setup and tracking, analyzing performance data, optimizing campaign pacing, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have a degree in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields, foundational digital knowledge, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. Experience with Salesforce, Ad Servers, and Verification tools is a plus. The role offers a collaborative environment with development opportunities and a diverse, inclusive culture.

What you'll do

  • Help clients onboard and get comfortable with Teads Ad Manager
  • Provide guidance on campaign setup, tracking, and Brand Safety
  • Analyze performance data to find trends and insights
  • Manage campaigns from setup to final report
  • Optimize campaign pacing to meet client goals
  • Create weekly reports and visual proof of success
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Insights teams
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Assist Account Managers in planning future campaigns using data

Requirements

  • Degree in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Foundational understanding of the digital landscape
  • Internship experience at an agency, DSP, or AdTech firm is a plus
  • Attention to detail
