Responsibilities include leading operational initiatives, driving business rhythm, building scalable infrastructure, supporting growth targets, uncovering trends and insights, ensuring data integrity for forecasting, managing multiple projects, leading change management, and representing NAMER Agency commercial team needs. Requirements include 8+ years in Sales Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations, preferably in high-growth or technology-driven environments, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), strong communication and organizational skills, ability to influence senior leadership, and an analytical mindset. Experience in programmatic advertising, consulting, or banking is a plus. Requirements
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations, ideally within a high-growth, data-driven, or technology-forward organization
Experience in programmatic advertising or digital media is a plus
Strong technical and operational aptitude with the ability to manage complex projects and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Passion for understanding and adapting to local cultures and work practices
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to influence stakeholders and senior leadership through results-driven actions
Proven ability to build strong relationships with VP-level leaders and above
Analytical mindset with experience in creating strategic plans and setting success metrics
Proactive, self-starter attitude with willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Consulting or Banking industry experience is a plus
