Full job description
DoubleVerify seeks a Business Director based in Thailand (Remote) to expand business with Thailand’s largest advertisers. The role focuses on prospecting and winning new brands or advertisers directly or through agency partners, driving revenue growth from new business. Requires strong knowledge of digital advertising environments including display, video, mobile, online marketing platforms, DSPs, AdExchanges, and programmatic ecosystem. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, cultivating senior client and agency relationships, positioning DoubleVerify as a strategic partner, evangelizing company value propositions, partnering with internal teams, defining growth strategy, maintaining sales pipeline and reporting, managing client business stages, consultative selling, handling multiple priorities, collaborating with product teams, and attending industry events. Requirements include proven new business success, experience in advertising technology sales, strategic thinking, pipeline building, team collaboration, extensive contacts in Thailand advertising and agencies, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to manage priorities, strong presentation skills, attention to detail, relevant degree, and fluency in Thai and English.
What you'll do
- Achieve personal quarterly/annual revenue and new business targets
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders
- Position DoubleVerify as a strategic/preferred partner in the region
- Evangelise DoubleVerify’s value proposition and best practices via events, webinars, and client communications
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support sales efforts
- Define growth strategy for portfolio with client and agency prioritization
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide timely management/Salesforce reporting
- Demonstrate accountability through all client business stages: prospecting, presenting, negotiating
- Deepen partnerships based on value and consultative selling
- Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze and articulate information with product team
- Attend industry events and follow up with leads
Requirements
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Experience managing or selling solutions in advertising technology, data or other solutions related to online advertising
- Ability to think strategically to identify brand’s key business objectives and challenges and build compelling value propositions
- Skilled at building a robust pipeline to fuel business growth
- Team player mindset with experience working collaboratively with internal teams
- Extensive contacts across Thailand Advertisers and Agencies with strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams and planning cycles
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills throughout the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and positive can-do approach
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Thai and English
