Full job description

Senior Business Development Manager role at Overwolf focused on creating a pipeline of partners to integrate Overwolf’s technology across the gaming industry and drive business results. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic business and go-to-market plans, managing strategic partners and key accounts, conducting market research and competitor analysis, building client and partner relationships, optimizing sales campaigns, and representing the company at conferences. Requirements include 6+ years in the games industry, strong networking and interpersonal skills, active hardcore gamer, mentoring and coaching abilities, professionalism, teamwork, openness to feedback, and ability to travel internationally 3-4 times a year.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute strategic business and GTM plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners and key accounts
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners, delivering impactful presentations and demos
  • Design, evaluate, and optimize sales campaigns and communication channels
  • Represent the company at local conferences and events, supporting regional business needs

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in the games industry
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to generate new opportunities and build relationships with creators, gamers, developers, and game studios
  • Hardcore gamer, actively playing 2-3 hardcore games
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with the ability to help others improve and grow, and a passion for sharing knowledge and expertise
  • High standards of professionalism and attention to detail, with the ability to represent Overwolf effectively in all interactions
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, with a willingness to accept decisions respectfully and contribute to team goals
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning and growth
  • Ability to travel 3-4 times a year for international conferences
