Business Development Lead role focused on Performance Media Buyers at Kayzen, an app demand-side platform for mobile and connected TV advertising. Responsibilities include owning Go-To-Market strategy, building relationships with partners and customers, closing deals, onboarding clients, and providing strategic consultation. Requires minimum 3 years experience in affiliate or mobile performance advertising, proven deal-closing ability, existing affiliate industry network, strong English skills, multitasking and prioritization skills, passion for performance marketing, experience with hybrid remote teams, understanding of ad/conversion tracking and machine learning concepts, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
