Full job description
Business Development Intern position supporting Refinery89's expansion in Latin America. Responsibilities include identifying potential publisher partners, outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM records, preparing sales materials, and monitoring market trends. Requires current enrollment in a relevant degree program, eligibility for an internship agreement, fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication and organizational skills, and motivation to learn. No prior sales experience needed. Paid internship with €600 gross monthly compensation located in Madrid, Spain.
