Full job description

Business Development Director responsible for identifying and growing revenue and integration opportunities to advance IAS’ product distribution within social and emerging platforms. Manage partner relationships from product conceptualization to Go To Market. Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with Legal, Product, FP&A, Pricing, R&D, Engineering, Commercial, and Product Marketing teams. Requires 8+ years in Business Development, Strategy, or Partnership Management in Ad Tech, preferably with social platforms. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in advertising technology required.

What you'll do

  • Own and advocate for new partnership opportunities by developing business cases and structuring commercials
  • Manage partner relationships from product conceptualization to Go To Market
  • Lead contract negotiations and partner with Legal and Product teams
  • Partner with global commercial and product leadership to define strategy and identify growth partnership prospects
  • Partner with FP&A and Pricing teams to build financial models for new initiatives
  • Organize internal stakeholders across R&D, Product, and Engineering to accelerate execution
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Product, and Product Marketing teams for successful go-to-market launches

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in related field
  • 8+ years experience in Business Development, Strategy, and/or Partnership Management roles in the Ad Tech sector
  • Experience working directly with Social Platforms
  • Ability to comprehend technical detail and articulate to stakeholders
  • Ability to create strong relationships with decision makers across advertising technology platform ecosystem
  • Proven track record of closing favorable commercial deals
  • Experience leading contract negotiations
  • Outstanding verbal, presentation & written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in advertising technology
  • Highly motivated and passionate with a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
