Full job description

The Business Development role at AppLovin in Berlin requires onsite presence. Responsibilities include cultivating and expanding partnerships with app developers, using data to guide strategy, becoming an expert in AppLovin solutions, influencing C-level stakeholders, collaborating to improve advertising and monetization, troubleshooting accounts, prioritizing opportunities, and liaising with internal teams. Candidates should have 1-3 years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting, strong client management, analytical and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and fluency in English. What you'll do

  • Cultivate, negotiate, and expand relationships with app developers to forge business partnerships
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of AppLovin solutions aligned with client marketing objectives
  • Become an expert in AppLovin solutions and adapt recommendations to client needs
  • Build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision and strategy
  • Collaborate with app developers to improve advertising campaign performance and monetization stacks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account issues timely
  • Identify and pursue opportunities, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Serve as liaison with internal technical and operations teams for publisher-focused technical queries
  • Leverage competitive analysis and maintain understanding of mobile advertising landscape

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting
  • Exceptional client management skills with proven success in client retention and business growth
  • Data-driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Can do mentality with willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Fluent in English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
