Full job description
Role in business development supporting commercial partnerships and strategic deals. Requires 3-4 years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, investment banking, or consulting with a finance, economics, or business degree. Responsibilities include executing strategic partnerships, managing OEM partner relationships, creating deal documentation, coordinating with internal teams, conducting financial analysis and modeling, researching industry trends, maintaining partnership pipelines, and supporting ongoing partner relationships. Mandarin language skills preferred. Requires strong financial modeling skills, experience with PitchBook, Capital IQ, or Crunchbase, and ability to communicate complex financial information. Willingness to travel. Salary range $160,000 - $180,000 USD per year plus benefits including health insurance, wellness, life and disability insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, PTO, and incentives.

3-4 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, investment banking, or top-tier management consulting
Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and experience building deal economics and partnership analyses
Experience using tools like PitchBook, Capital IQ, or Crunchbase for market intelligence and partner research
Ability to synthesize complex financial and business information and communicate findings clearly to senior leadership
Experience analyzing financial statements, key performance metrics, and business models, ideally including international partnerships
Mandarin language skills preferred
Experience managing or supporting OEM or platform partner relationships is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-level presentations
Interest or knowledge of media, entertainment, advertising technology, or data analytics industries preferred
Prior exposure to commercial deal structuring, partnership development, or data licensing is a plus
Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and deal execution
