Full job description

AppLovin is hiring a Business Development Associate for its Consumer team in New York. The role involves partnering with Consumer brands to drive growth using AppLovin’s marketing platform. Responsibilities include onboarding brands, campaign setup, performance analysis, and collaboration with business development and product teams. Candidates should have 1-2 years professional experience, a bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and an interest in technology. Preferred qualifications include experience in Consumer/e-commerce, basic programming, and image/video editing knowledge. What you'll do

  • Onboard Consumer brands to the platform and educate them on AppLovin’s Consumer growth solution
  • Understand partners' priorities and drive action plans for their growth
  • Set up new campaigns using best practices for creative and performance targets
  • Define and analyze metrics to ensure success for Consumer partners
  • Become an expert on AppLovin’s mobile advertising products for Consumer brands
  • Partner with the broader AppLovin Business Development team in the region

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
  • Self-starter and eager to learn
  • Outstanding analytical ability and strategic grasp of the big picture
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience prioritizing competing demands

  • Experience handling large data sets and analyzing complex data to identify actionable patterns
  • Proven interest in technology
  • Preferred: Experience in Consumer/e-commerce space and brand operations

  • Preferred: Basic understanding of image and video editing software
  • Preferred: Understanding of models for intelligent decision making (e.g. game theory, chess, poker)
