Full job description

AppLovin is hiring a Business Development Analyst for its Consumer team in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time junior role requires 1-3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree. The analyst will work at the intersection of performance marketing and business development, partnering with Consumer brands to drive growth using AppLovin’s marketing platform. Responsibilities include onboarding brands, campaign setup, metric analysis, and collaboration with business development teams. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, communication abilities, experience with large data sets, and a keen interest in technology. Preferred skills include experience in consumer/e-commerce, basic programming or scripting knowledge, and familiarity with image and video editing software. What you'll do

  • Onboard Consumer brands to the platform and educate them on AppLovin’s Consumer growth solution
  • Understand partner priorities and drive action plans for growth
  • Set up new campaigns using best practices for creative and performance targets
  • Define and analyze metrics to ensure success for Consumer partners
  • Become an expert on AppLovin’s mobile advertising products for Consumer brands
  • Partner with the broader AppLovin Business Development team in the region

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
  • Self-starter and eager to learn
  • Outstanding analytical ability and strategic grasp of the big picture
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience prioritizing competing demands
  • Flexible team-player with drive, creativity, and initiative
  • Experience handling large data sets and analyzing complex data to identify actionable patterns
  • Proven interest in technology
  • Preferred: Experience in Consumer/e-commerce space and brand operations
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of programming or scripting
