Full job description
Business Analyst role focused on defining and refining requirements for digital platform projects including CMS, commerce, martech, and analytics. Responsibilities include translating business objectives into actionable user stories, backlog grooming, stakeholder alignment, and supporting agile delivery teams. Requires experience with CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, Optimizely), agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro). Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed. On-site position based in Copenhagen.
What you'll do
- Translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable requirements
- Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Groom and prioritize product backlogs in partnership with product owners
