Full job description
Seeking a mid-level Commission Analyst with 3+ years experience in commission processing, finance ops, or revenue ops. Role involves translating sales compensation plans into technical specs, ensuring data accuracy, processing payouts, and building reports and dashboards. Requires strong Excel, SQL, and BI tool skills, familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Athena, BigQuery), and strong communication skills. Experience with AI tools and data automation is valued. Bonus skills include Jira, Salesforce, Python, and AI/ML in finance.
What you'll do
- Act as the connective layer between Sales Comp plan and the team building the payout calculation model
- Translate comp plan rules, exceptions, and edge cases into clear, technically implementable logic, and vice versa
- Team up with analysts on commission calculations and payouts
