Raptive seeks a Brand Events Coordinator – Operations & Guest Experience to join the Brand Marketing Team reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, Events. The role involves planning, executing, and post-producing Raptive events focused on creators, publishers, partners, and advertisers. Responsibilities include managing guest registration, logistics, vendor coordination, hospitality operations, event marketing materials, budget administration, and onsite event support. Requires minimum 2 years experience in consumer or B2B events, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Google Slides and Sheets, and ability to travel frequently for events. Salary range $50,000-$60,000, full-time, on-site in New York, NY.

Coordinate planning, logistics, and execution of Raptive-owned events
Manage guest registration, attendee communications, and travel coordination with external travel agencies

Experience managing logistics across multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience with budget tracking, invoice coordination, and expense reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines
Excellent written communication skills
Fluency in Google Slides and Google Sheets
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
Negotiation skills are a plus
Ability to travel frequently and work onsite during events
