Full job description
Seeking a Business Intelligence Manager with 8+ years experience in data analysis and visualization, specializing in Power BI (certification required). Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing reporting requirements, developing and maintaining interactive dashboards, providing reporting best practices, and driving client engagements as a reporting SME. Must have strong skills in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, Power BI Service features, intermediate SQL and Google BigQuery proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Degree in computer science or related field required. Familiarity with Google Dataform, Composer, Looker, and marketing analytics is a plus. Location: Mumbai, India.

Gather and analyze reporting requirements from stakeholders including new data needs, report layout preferences, and business objectives
Develop and maintain advanced interactive dashboards and reports providing actionable insights

Requirements
8+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
Expertise in BI/Visualization tools, specifically Power BI (certification required)
Strong proficiency in DAX for creating calculated columns, measures, and KPIs
Strong proficiency in Power Query (M language) for data transformation and ETL processes
Experience with Data Modelling including star schema, snowflake schema, and normalization techniques
Experience with Power BI Service features: row-level security (RLS), workspace management, app deployment, gateway configuration, and scheduled refreshes
Degree in computer science, information systems, or related technology field
Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Google BigQuery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Good to have: Familiarity with Google Dataform, Composer, and Looker
Optional: Marketing Analytics experience
