Lead software development projects including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation. Ensure timely delivery and code quality. Set and monitor objectives for team members, encourage their technical and personal growth, and deliver trainings. Maintain long-term code reusability and stability. Ensure compliance with code review processes. Lead initiatives for process, tool, and approach optimizations. Ensure overall product quality, identify and resolve team issues, and plan for succession. Adopt industry best practices and evaluate new technologies.
