Lead a sales team in the Telco, Media, and Gaming Operating Unit to drive AI-powered transformation and revenue growth for strategic Enterprise Commercial customers. Responsibilities include developing customer engagement strategies, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leveraging Microsoft's AI, cloud, security, and data solutions. Requires 8+ years sales experience with leadership, or equivalent, and 3+ years people management. Preferred 12+ years experience and global technology company background. Role offers hybrid work flexibility. Salary range $158,400 - $243,000 annually, higher in SF Bay Area and NYC.
