Associate Technical Architect

What you'll do

• Deliver strategic technology solutions to clients
• Lead cross-functional teams for on-time delivery of technically complex solutions
• Design and estimate deep technical, custom development solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Design and develop technical artifacts, solution design documents, functional and non-functional mapping of requirements
• Scope solutions, implementation and managed services during presales and complete services success documents
• Define client operating model, business process definition and enable client champions to own program components
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans by performing gap analysis
• Set program guardrails and manage program scope and change requests
• Manage timeline, project planning and track program progress by workstream
• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Convert business use cases to technical specifications on multiple Adobe solutions
• Lead diverse, cross-functional project teams and communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and outcomes
• Handle client relationships including communications with business owners and IT leaders
• Lead project scope for managed services, budget, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and execution

Requirements

• 10-12 years of technical program/portfolio management experience with strong hands-on
• More than 5 years of experience in leading SFMC implementations
• Understanding of SFMC integration with other platforms such as SFDC, Salesforce CRM, CRM
• Expertise and experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
• Experience with API Integrations – SOAP, REST
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving and result orientation
• Excellent in Ampscript, HTML, CSS
• Engage with client to derive requirements and consult on best practices
• Ability to inspire and train clients on Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud ecosystem
• Cooperate with client marketing managers to support adoption
• Provide consultations and training for campaign managers
• Good to have: experience on other SF platforms like SFDC, SF Personalization, architecting, design
• Good to have: presales, RFPs, solutioning and winning deals experience on SFMC or similar platforms
• Good to have: programming experience (Javascript, Java, VB, C#, PHP)
• Overview of CRM data and Salesforce CRM platform understanding
• Understanding of Lead Management, Consent Management, Customer 360-view including segmentation, grading, classification, profiling
• Segment creation in Data Cloud
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
• Multi Solution Architect Certification (nice to have)
